Job Title: Team Lead/ AGM Digital Marketing
Location: Bhubaneswar HO / NCR
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign creation, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across all major platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, audience engagement, and growth.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring campaigns are achieving targets and optimising where needed.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and setting performance goals.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism etc or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in content creation, management, or a similar role.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing content across them.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
