Job Title: SEO Specialist
Location: Bhubaneswar HO
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored for the real estate market, focusing on increasing website visibility and organic traffic.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to the real estate industry and optimise content accordingly.
- On-Page SEO: Optimise website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal links to improve search engine rankings.
- Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies, collaborate with industry websites, and build partnerships to increase domain authority.
- Technical SEO: Address site speed, crawl errors, mobile usability, schema markup, and other technical factors to enhance performance.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, property descriptions, and landing pages.
- Local SEO: Optimise for local search with strategies like Google Business Profile optimization, NAP consistency, and geo-targeted keywords.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyse competitors’ SEO strategies to identify opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement SEO improvements and campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or custom CMS solutions.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for SEO purposes.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism etc.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in content creation, management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing content across them.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
