Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of real estate market dynamics, and the ability to provide actionable insights to optimise property investments and financial performance.

• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for real estate acquisitions, developments, and asset management.
• Develop financial models for cash flow projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
• Analyse market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to support investment decisions.
• Prepare and present investment memorandums, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and track property performance metrics including occupancy rates, rental yields, and operating expenses.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the projects.
• Support in loan underwriting and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (acquisitions, asset management, development, and finance) to provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards related to real estate investments.
• Utilize financial software and real estate analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CA, CFA
• Experience: 2-3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Understanding of real estate valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, investors, and lenders.
